# Brevo \<\> chatgpt integration

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate Brevo’s chat widget with ChatGPT API? If not, is it possible to connect it to a knowledge base? Brevo’s chat is nice, simple to use, and the option to have a consolidated inbox is amazing. However, thinking in services I can provide to clients (a good chatbot with a good knowledge base) will be amazing, even if this implies an additional cost on the ChatGPT API. I’ve done this with a different option that was limited to respond to messages and not the whole marketing option as yours.

Please, allow users to connect these great chats to an external knowledge base.

Thanks for raising this ! This is something we’ll work on this year, for now we’re focusing our AI effort toward AI within our plateform, but this is definitely a topic coming next !
