Bonjour, j’ai voulu nettoyer ma base (harmoniser les noms, les adresses, etc.). J’ai exporter ma base, puis je l’ai réimporté. Sauf que cela a fait disparaitre les tâche affectées aux contacts ! Je vois toujours un champs « échéance », sauf que quand j’ouvre le contact, il n’y a rien ! les email et les ID sont restés les mêmes, c’est très génant pour bon business, j’utilisais beaucoup le pipe de tâche. Du coup j’ai peur de modifier la base à nouveau de peur de perdre des informations. Que faire ? Merci pour votre aide ---

Bonjour @Manu Lors de votre importation pour nettoyer votre base, avez-vous supprimé puis réimporté les contacts ? Si c’est le cas, cela pourrait expliquer pourquoi les tâches ne sont plus associées à vos contacts. En effet, si vous supprimez un contact associé à une tâche, même si vous le réimportez avec le même email, la référence au contact sur la tâche aura été supprimée entre-temps. ---
