# Feature request: make default dropdown text changeable in form builder

The default text for a dropdown menu in the form builder is currently in English: «&nbsp;Select one&nbsp;». This is not good for forms targeting non-English speaking audiences. The documentation suggests that one can alter the HTML, but this doesn’t work when integrating a Brevo form via an iFrame.

You can temporarily change the account language before creating or editing a form to have the placeholder translated into any of the available account languages.
