Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Brevo for a few months now, and something I’ve noticed is that a lot of my campaigns start to feel… very “template-y.” The layouts are clean, but sometimes too clean, if that makes sense.

I’ve been testing small tweaks like:

- Using less stock-looking images

- Mixing in my own short edits (I usually do them in [CapCut](https://cepcutapk.com) and host them on my little side site just to grab links)

- Breaking text blocks into more conversational chunks instead of long paragraphs

But here’s where I’m struggling: when I experiment too much with design, my deliverability sometimes takes a hit.

So my question is: **how do you all balance making your campaigns feel more “human” and personal without triggering spam filters or hurting inbox placement?**

Would love to hear how others are approaching this — especially those running regular newsletters.

Thanks!

These edits shouldn’t really bring your deliverability down. As long as the content isn’t spammy.

What are your typical open/click/bounce rates? Do you ever get spam complaints?
