# How to connect website form with Brevo along with Automation?

Hi

Please help me how to connect the website form to link with the automation so that the subscribers should get the email every week continuously. Difficult to integrate the brevo form version in this website.

Is your question about how to display the form (option 1), or is it about how to create an automation with the trigger being the form submission (option 2)?
