Mailchimp has a button to create html code for sent campaigns, so that the content can be shared with partners, to send to their contacts. Asking them to forward a copy of the email is not what they need, to copy into their bulk email provider platforms.
I can’t find a similar function in Brevo - does it exist?

- your partner creates a free Brevo account
- you share your template with them
- they can access it and its HTML code
