Images that are featured in our emails are not being rendered. The images are being hosted on our server and they display fine as is.

If you look at following transactional,

Hi @cody , thanks for posting on this community.

When I click on the link, I have an error message: « unknown image format ». Could that be the reason of the problem?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. The original image should be this, [https://www.anesthesiologynews.com/logo/an\_50\_main.png](https://www.anesthesiologynews.com/logo/an_50_main.png). But somehow it gets converted like that when the email gets sent via api. Any thoughts?

I feel like your server fails to reach our server to retrieve images and render properly. Do you have list of IP addresses that I can whitelist?

Thank you,
KC

Yes, that’s weird.
I would advise to contact Brevo support for this, and for the IP list as well.

Just happened to me too. Did your team find a way to fix it? @ahudavert If this doesn’t get solved I’m afraid I’ll have to cancel my subscription…

Same here. Added a dedicated IP Address. Now the images in the Emails didn`t work anymore. Any Solution?

well, fyi, i fixed it eventually after much sweat.
my let’s encrypt SSL did not autorenew on my plesk run site and despite external ssl checkers saying all was good it evidently was not and upon renewal of it, Brevo now displays images. Moral of story: double check as validators and misguided AI chatbots don’t always tell the truth
