# Is there anyway a list or a segment can be used to create deals for?

We were wondering if its possible, when creating a deal, to select all contacts from a list or segment or filter otherwise.

Hi @weltweit , thanks for posting on this community!

What you’re trying to do is:

- create a deal
- give, as contacts for this deal, all contacts from a list or a segment  
=\> is that the correct understanding to have?
