# Issue passing form attributes into Brevo

I use Optimonk for our forms. I am able to pass Name and Email into Brevo, but we created a dropdown question on our form and created the same attribute in Brevo and it won’t update that field in Brevo.

Humm hard for me to tell, because I’m not an expert of Optimonk. Have you tried to ask them?
