I am facing the same issue with tracking the open count. My scenario is I am creating email campaigns in brevo platform through API from my application. But brevo is not tracking the open count for the emails instead when the recipient clicks a link in the mail both open count and clicks count is getting updated. So I tried another scenario also ,where I created a email campaign directly in the brevo UI and send the campaign. In this case it is properly tracking the open count when the recipient opens the email. ---

this issue is solved now. Issue was the html content which I was passing. content was starting with tag instead of html tag. So I modified the template and tried.it is tracking properly now
