Hi

I have a lead scoring system that has multiple factors to score leads from an email campaign.

I want to score for a click on a webinar link and also for a click on a Whatsapp link and a click on a website link. All three links are in the same email.

Is there a way for me to do that on Brevo?

Also, I want to track clicks from the same contact across multiple email campaigns.

Is that also possible?

Thanks!

Tim

Hi @timyang , thanks for posting on this community!

In the automation, you can check which links were clicked:

- choose « Email activity » then « Email Marketing Activity » if it’s a marketing email

- then check the « Clicked » box, and you’ll be able to choose which links you’d like to track

I hope this helps!
