If you have used it, the subject will be familiar, otherwise, what’s a Little Green Light? It’s a CRM website similar to, but much simpler than, Salesforce, intended for small nonprofit organizations. Probably not very well known, I had never heard of it until our webmaster found it. Any ideas about integrating with Brevo? Webhooks, Manage Contacts, Send Transactional Emails, Schedule Emails, etc. Thanks…
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, and for the background on Little Green Light.
While Brevo doesn’t have a native, plug-and-play connector for Little Green Light, there are a few solid paths your webmaster could explore:
1. Zapier (easiest, no-code) Both Brevo and Little Green Light are available on Zapier. You can build automated workflows such as:
New constituent added in LGL → contact created or updated in Brevo
Contact unsubscribes in Brevo → flag updated in LGL
Here’s our guide to get started: Use Zapier to integrate an app with Brevo
2. Brevo API (for your webmaster) If your webmaster is comfortable with APIs, Brevo has a well-documented REST API that covers everything you mentioned:
Manage contacts — create, update, unsubscribe
Send transactional emails — trigger sends from any external event
Schedule emails — using the scheduledAt parameter on the send call
Webhooks — receive real-time Brevo email events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced) and push them back into LGL
Full documentation: developers.brevo.com
3. Brevo outbound webhooks If Little Green Light can receive incoming data (via its own webhook endpoint or through a Zapier Webhook trigger), Brevo can push email activity events to LGL in real time. This can be set up in your Brevo account under Settings > Webhooks.
Please note that for the Little Green Light side of any setup — their API, import format, or webhook support — you’d need to refer to their own documentation or support team, as that falls outside Brevo’s support scope.
I hope this information was helpful.
Best regards,
This is great info to start with, many thanks for the post!
