Hi all,
I would like to configure Brevo to enable a series of follow up emails to potential clients after our initial quote.
The block is how to automatically the new contact to Brevo at the point of sending our quote.
Quotes are sent to he client via email and a BCC copy is sent to our local mail box with the client Name and Email identified at the end of the email, eg:
Name = John
Email = email@email.com
My question is, after a quick look at the documentation it appears it maybe possible to use the inbound parsing tool to extract the contact details from new emails and then use a web hook to trigger the creation of that new contact in Brevo.
Is this possible (at all) from the control panel or is it something where special API code will be required and hosted somehow ?
