# Sending individual invoices to clients

In a few months I need to send individual membership invoices to my members.  
I would like to do that with Brevo. I have seen some messages in French (which is not a language I am too familiar with) in this community, but I still have not found the answer. Partly because, I think, my answer to my question is outside the realm of Brevo.

So I need to send individual invoices.  
I create them with mailmerge, I have each individual invoice saved as a .pdf in a folder in my computer. According to Brevo I need to create a online link that I can include in the email to my members. In the past I did sent these invoices with outlook as an attachment.

So:

- How do I make for every .pdf a link that can be placed in my email

- Where do I put my invoices that they can be accessed by my memebers if they follow the link?

- How do I protect the personal information of my members in such a way that other people can’t access them by guessing a invoice-name, or by accessing the folder where all the invoices are in.

- my members need a .pdf so that they can get their membershiop reimbursed.

Hi,  
really sounds like a more general implementation issue.

First question: Why implement it yourself? There are quite a few services out there doing right this.

(My personal answer: I am paying 30 € or so right now for a service to send 5 invoices a month! So by chance I looked into a custom solution myself 😉

It really depends on your skill set and the complexity of the solution you seek. Simplest would probably be:

- Put the invoices in a cloud drive
- Take the (usually fairly random, non-guessable) link to share in your email
- Then comes the manual Brevo email creation or an automation

Automation can go from the likes of Zapier, “when a document is put into this folder…” to Python script that Claude & Co. can help you with to Claude Copilot that you can connect via Brevo MCP.

So which membership platform doesn’t come with payment? Maybe also worth thinking of switching?
