SIB / Brevo links in emails

I’ve never seen this in one of my emails. Actually this was a response from somebody to one of my emails and I noticed that my links had been converted to Sendinblue links. I believe there’s somewhere I can turn this off, but I could not find it. Hopefully, this didn’t show up on the original email I sent to the subscriber. Where do I turn this off? Is this a concern?
