Assign List Depending on Sign Up Form Answer

Hi,

I’m just wondering if the following is possible. So I have two lists, « Retailers » and « Suppliers ».

I want to have a drop-down for my sign-up form that says « What Best Describes Your Role » and they will be put into their corresponding lists.

Also, are we able to tag contacts in Brevo? For example: Let’s say I have a website page about Grocery Retail, If my lead signs up through the sign-up from on that specific page, can their contact be given a « Grocery » tag that can further help segment the lead further on?

Hi @We_Are_Ire_9 , thanks for posting on this community.

Inside your form, you can add what’s called a « Multi list subscription » field:

and then:

• you can change « Choose your subscriptions » to the wording you wish.
• you can choose which list you wish to display, so if you have a list called « Retailers » and one called « Suppliers », you can make them appear

The result should be something like this (with your own wording of course):

About tagging: Brevo does not have this feature yet, but we’ve started thinking about it
