I have the exact same problem. Tried different browsers, but nothing works. It’s a 10-20 sec wait after each click, it’s undoable!
If this problem persists, I have to think about switching to MC, which is a lot of extra work which I hate.

In the meantime, we recommend taking the following steps on your end which can help to improve the performance:

Refresh the Browser Tab
If you’ve been working in the editor for a long time continuously, refreshing the browser tab can help clear any memory leaks or performance degradation that might occur over time, giving the editor a fresh start and improving responsiveness. -
Clear Browser Cache
- Clearing the browser cache can resolve potential issues caused by outdated files and improve performance.
- In Chrome: Go to
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
and select Cached images and files, then click Clear data.

Disable Unnecessary Browser Extensions
- Extensions can use additional system resources in the background. Disable those you don’t need while using the editor.
- For Chrome, visit
chrome://extensions/
to manage your extensions.

Close Extra Tabs and Applications
- Reducing the number of active tabs and running applications will free up memory and CPU power for the editor.

Update Your Browser
- Ensure your browser is up to date. The latest versions often come with performance improvements.

Seeing same problem here even incognito mode. Unable to send test email on campaign because send button doesn’t display.

You guys have a serious memory leak. The platform is unbelievably slow and unresponsive. This clearly isn’t an internet issue, and it spans all browsers.

Requiring your users to disable regular extensions is not a good recommendation. Unless there is a specific extension that your platform conflicts with (or a bad extension) this is not the users responsibility to use your platform with no extensions enabled.

This isn’t a correct response for continued use. Great for troubleshooting, but the issue persists here. User shouldn’t have to use incognito mode to make your app work.
Just some feedback, people will probably leave your service if they can’t use it well. Especially if the issue hasn’t been resolved for months. I am an evaluating user but will skip Brevo for something else because this issue exists and hasn’t been resolved for at least 6 months.

After months of reported issues and no change I am moving on to Sender. Sorry, but I cannot use your software when the editor is painfully slow. I have tried every single troubleshooting step you have suggested to no avail. Brevo is the only thing running slow in my browser. Enough is enough.

We’re considering changing to Brevo, but we already encounter these problems in our testing phase.
Did the suggested solution of contacting Brevo support individually and directly bring any imporvement for anyone here? Can this issue be solved in 1:1 support?
