Creating a Marketing Campaign

I have been trying to create a campaign and following the automation information that requires different forms etc. Each time I go to an area it wants me to start from scratch as there are no items to pick from. Further when I got into one area it ass for info yet it doesn’t accept any info.

I need someone to help me walk through getting started… I need to get going on this project.
