I have been creating manual email campaigns; but I recently learned about Brevo’s automation capabilities. Could someone guide me on how to set up automated workflows?
Specifically; I am interested in automating welcome emails for new subscribers; follow-up emails based on user interactions, and re-engagement campaigns for inactive users.
How detailed can these automations be? For instance; can I segment users based on specific actions they take on our website and then trigger personalized emails accordingly?
I understand Brevo also offers CRM functionalities. What are the best practices for integrating these features with existing customer data? I’m particularly interested in tracking customer interactions and using this data to inform our marketing strategies.
Are there any tools or resources within Brevo that can help with analyzing this data to better understand our customer base and tailor our communications?
