We have around Total Opened 2700 and Total Clicked is around 500, but not a single lead and reply, what can be the reason, can you please guide me on this?

What are your contacts clicking on? I am guessing the following:
- your contacts are interested by your newsletter: they’re opening it and clicking on it
- but having replies is not automatically linked to this: if you’re not asking them to reply to you, they will not necessarily do it. Maybe what they’re clicking on is a redirection link to your website?
