There is a way to create a segment of people who don't RESPONSE a campaign?

I Need a way to send a second email only to people who didn’t respond the first one, but the only function I found was to unopened email.

There is a way that I can do that using Brevo?

Unfortunately we don’t have access to the reply events, so we can’t propose this feature. But you can choose to target:

  • the ones who did not open
  • or the ones who did not click on the email links
