Unable to Add Recipients

Anyone here running into issues creating campaigns?

I’m on the Free plan but haven’t sent any campaign in over a week. I’ve been unable to send one out for the last 4 days because of an error when I try to add recipients. It says I’ve reached my daily limit even though when I check in Usage it says I have used 0/300 emails.

Brevo support hasn’t been very responsive and my campaigns are stuck because of this. Any pointers you have will be super helpful. Thanks!

That’s weird, indeed, did you have a reply from Brevo support team?

Thanks for following up. I did receive a reply on Tuesday (7/23) that said « Our technical team has confirmed that there was a small glitch on our end ». They reset my limit and I haven’t encountered that issue again.

I ended up losing the weekend for my campaigns, but I’m all set now.
