How to Create Email Thread Follow-Up Campaign Based on Previous Emails

I have created a campaign in Brevo and also run it and all the emails have been sent to recipients but most of them either didn’t open the email or didn’t reply after reading it so I want to send follow up but there is no open to make follow up email thread campaign to previous email which I sent already. Apollo.io has this option but I didn’t find anything in brevo.

I will be making more emails lists and will send different campaigns to different email lists in future.

Please help!

Hi @yogesh.kumar , thanks for posting on this community.

So basically, you’d like to send a follow up email to the people who did not open the first one, is that correct?

If yes, you can do the following:

  • create the segment of people who did not open your first email
  • and then launch a new campaign to these people

=> would that work for you? I can give more details if needed, and if you wish to automate things, I can give you another option as well. Tell me

Hi @ahudavert, I would like to achieve the same thing as well - automatically send follow up emails to people who do not respond/interact with my original email. I am currently on the Business plan.

Is the only way to do it by creating new campaigns each time?

I would like to continue sending them emails periodically (e.g. once a month) to the same contact list as long as they don’t respond/interact.

The follow up emails should also have different content, and be using the same email thread. Is all this possible with Brevo?

Appreciate the help in advance.

Hi @grace , thanks for your message.

Yes you can do so on Brevo: the only thing to do is to create the emails in advance, and then you can set up an automation with:

Would that work for you?

Thanks for the suggestions @ahudavert, I will try them out and let you know if I have any further questions. Thanks again!
