Hi! I have follow-up email automation and want to send emails that should end up in the same email thread. I set up the action: wait for 24 hours before sending the next email. Also, I tested it a few times, skipping the time waiting and then changed action: wait for 1-2 hours before sending the next email, and everything works perfect. The emails comes in the same thread. However, when I test my email workflow 24 hours, emails comes in the new thread by separating emails. Could you please help me?
Hi @anasmarknew , thanks for posting on this community.
Indeed, that’s surprising. Do you confirm the emails have the same subject?
Hello! Thank you for your reply. Yes, all emails has the same subject and email reporter. I will show. Test 1: set up the email sequence to send each email in 1 hour apart. Success.
Please, follow the link where screenshots are attached: Brevo email sequence workflow - Google Docs
Test 2: set up the email sequence to send each email in 24 hours apart. Each email receives as separate one.
Could you please help to set up the same thread correctly?
Hi there, may I know if this was ever resolved?
Hello,
No, the problem is still remaining.
Hi @anasmarknew , thanks for your replies.
Here my guess is: I’d say Brevo must send all the emails the same way, irrespective of the delay between the sendings. So maybe is it more a Gmail setting?
