I love Brevo - such a timesaver. I’m wondering if I can do the following:
After Brevo receives a trigger and sends an email, can I then set up a rule to wait a day, then email (or text) one of my staff to follow up with the client via phone or text? The staff member would not be set up in Brevo as a user. It would look like this:
- Contact added to list —> triggers email —>
- rule to wait 2 days —> sends new email or text to me or another staff member instructing them to call the contact.
Is that even possible?
