Send a message to myself during the automation

I love Brevo - such a timesaver. I’m wondering if I can do the following:
After Brevo receives a trigger and sends an email, can I then set up a rule to wait a day, then email (or text) one of my staff to follow up with the client via phone or text? The staff member would not be set up in Brevo as a user. It would look like this:

  1. Contact added to list —> triggers email —>
  2. rule to wait 2 days —> sends new email or text to me or another staff member instructing them to call the contact.

Is that even possible?

Yes you can absolutely do so, by sending what’s called a notification. See this help article - check the section called « 6. Select Send a notification . »: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406337619474-Receive-a-notification-when-a-contact-submits-a-form

Important thing to note though: this is not yet available on the new editor, only on the old one.
