I want to know if you have plans to add more endpoints to the Conversations API, like:
- Get all conversations by a contact, agent, date, status, etc.
- Send a message as a contact with attachments.
- Change the status of a conversation, such as closed or open.
This is important to us because you don’t provide a Customer Portal where users can see all their tickets/conversations. So by offering those endpoints, we can create our own Customer Portal.

The ability to change the status of a conversation (e.g., mark as open/closed) has been released recently.

At the moment, we don’t have plans to add endpoints to retrieve all conversations or send messages as a contact with attachments. These use cases are not currently on our short-term roadmap, but your feedback helps us understand the need.

The use case is to build a Customer Portal to give the users the ability to manage their tickets. Sadly, you don’t provide this feature.
