Good day to you reader, I have an automation running that sends out emails in a classic abandon cart workflow.
I get activity contact numbers in my steps that add up to higher numbers as my previous step. How is this possible, and how are the contacts counted? I checked and the 3 contacts on the “Yes” side that signed up did not get the reminder email on the “No” side, but still the contact count is 41 like the previous step. See screenshot:
