I recently noticed that some payment transactions processed through Brevo are experiencing unexpected delays. While most payments go through smoothly; a few take significantly longer to reflect in the dashboard or reach the recipient. This inconsistency is causing issues; especially when dealing with time-sensitive transactions.
I have checked with my payment provider, and there are no reported issues on their end. I also verified my Brevo settings to ensure everything is configured correctly. However; I am unsure whether this delay is due to Brevo’s internal processing, API response times, or third-party integrations.
