I recently noticed that some payment transactions processed through Brevo are experiencing unexpected delays. :innocent: While most payments go through smoothly; a few take significantly longer to reflect in the dashboard or reach the recipient. This inconsistency is causing issues; especially when dealing with time-sensitive transactions.

I have checked with my payment provider, and there are no reported issues on their end. I also verified my Brevo settings to ensure everything is configured correctly. what do you mean exactly? Customers are inputting their card details, click on « Pay Â», and for some of them it takes more time than expected, is that correct?
