Is there any way to create a report or automate a email that will have data of all contacts that were captured on a particular day with dimensions such as how they were added to the crm, deal stage they are in currently and other contact attributes?

For now this type of reporting is not doable. I have reached to you so that we can discuss in more depth your current need regarding sales reporting.
