How do I setup a contact attribute for "Age" via the contact's birth date?

Hello, I have campaigns that are age-specific and need to target specific contacts in my database via list or segment. I am trying to create a contact attribute for « age ». I have the contact’s birth date, but not sure about the formula to calculate their age so that every year the contact’s age gets AUTOMATICALLY updated. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance. Hoping that I do not have to do this manually, which would be really tedious.

but could not find any solutions to automatically calculate the gap between two dates. On your side, did you find a way to do it?
