How to add an identification request on shopify for brevo

Hi community,

I have integrated my shopify website with the brevo plugin but I want to be able to have the below set up:

• using the identify method is an advanced functionality that allows you to identify website visitors who haven’t performed the actions described above. You can use multiple identifiers , such as email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number, to identify visitors. Additionally, this method allows you to update existing contact attributes in Brevo and create personalized automations. It stated on the article that if you do the plugin integration it will be automatically set up but it is not working. Please advise!

Could you please elaborate: the issue you’re encountering is that your contact does not get identified, is that correct?
