I would like to add a « mailto » link to my template, so that readers can share an invitation message with their friends.
I have the following problem: the « email » field is mandatory on the settings popup (see PJ).
How to do it?

I am not sure I get it: the mailto link is intended to help your users easily write an email to you (or to a given email address).
What you’d like to do is to have a dynamic mailto link: it should be the email address of your contact, is that it? If yes, you can have a look at this article: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001008200-Personalize-your-emails-using-contact-attributes

To be clearer, I would like my reader to be able to invite their friends to discover my newsletter.
So I would like a « mailto » link, with the recipient field being empty by default.
Do you think there is any way to make it ?

Unfortunately, I don’t think it is possible: when you add a mailto link, you have to provide an email address
