Emailing a small list of people

20 people attended my webinar today. They are all subscribed because they signed up for the webinar, and 99% of them are my customers. I would like to send a follow up email regarding the webinar. I would like to remove the « unsubscribe » link because it’s not a marketing email. Am I able to to this? Mostly, I don’t want anyone to unsubscribe by mistake. TIA for any assistance you can provide.

Good morning,

It seems to me that you need to have your customers’ permission to send them a newsletter.

In your case, I will send them a double opt-in email inviting them to subscribe to your mailing list.

To avoid having the unsubscribe link. For some transactional emails I use phpmailer and my hosting’s smtp with customizable fields like on brevo.

I look forward to hearing brevo’s response to this and your question.

have a good day

Good morning
When I customize a template, I can delete the line containing the unsubsribe link. Can’t you ?

Yes, I believe so, but I want to be careful not to break any rules.

OK, I understand better your request … it is indeed mandatory in Europe to give the possibility to unsubscribe.
Honestly, it seems difficult to “unsubscribe by mistake”: when you click on the link, a web page appears to confirm the unsubscription… And in the worst case, if they still do it, you can redirect after unsubscribing to a url where you can repropose the link to subscribe.
Unsubscribing by mistake doesn’t seem possible to me. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah I guess that’s right.
