So I decided to duplicate the « Default Template Double opt-in confirmation » to have a new Danish translation (name « Bekræft tilmelding mail »). But the mail being sent out is still the original English default.
The new template has tag « optin » as did the default.
When I enter the form I am not offered the new template in the drop down
If I inactivate and delete the default - a new default for optin is created automatically. Sigh. Going round in circles.
So how do I get the new Danish template to appear in the dropdown? What did I miss ?

Thanks @jorrasdk
I experience the same issue.
whatever I do, the only email, that is displayed in the drop down menu is the original Standard Template for double-optin-confirmation. The other one, I have specifically created an tagged with « optin » does not appear in this menu.
Yeah, found out what was the problem (thank you ChatGPT for hints).
As part of my translation of the default template, when I entered the translated button text I lost the link on the button.
The link should be
<a href="{{ doubleoptin }}" target="_blank" style="color:#ffffff;font-size:14px;text-decoration:none;line-height:24px;width:100%;">YOUR ADAPTED/TRANSLATED BUTTON TEXT</a>
The part with « {{ doubleoptin }} » being the most important. After adding this and I could now choose my own template on the form:
And it works well
