Abandoned Cart Split By Category

Howdy!

I’m trying to set up an Abandoned Cart automation with a conditional split that will send people with a cart that has discount eligible items down a path with emails that include coupons, and folks that have items that can’t be discounted down a separate path.

I figured the way to do this would be « Article added to cart » with a filter of « Product Category » contains « Discount Eligible » which is a category option in product feeds, pulling from a Shopify collection.

However, in my testing, it’s always sending me down the path for carts without discount eligible items.

Am I going about this the wrong way? Is there another way to set this split up?

You mean that if a cart has a discount eligible items, the automation does not take these items into account, is that correct?
