Hello… I’m creating a lead capture form to embed on my website. I need to add some filter questions such as state selection (multiple choice) and date of birth (date). These attributes were created on the « contact attributes » page, but when creating the form, they don’t appear as options to be added, only the name, SMS and email attributes appear. I would like to know if there is any other way to configure the attributes I created so that they appear in the form options.
