Does anyone have any advice on all emails being sent within a campaign going into Spam. We have used other marketing software in the past before Brevo with no issues however since switching to the platform in May we’re unable to use the software for any marketing campaigns due to the spam nature.
The DKIM Signature/DMARC protocols have been authenticated within the account and Brevo tech support have advised to simply cleanse customer data despite failing to new email addresses also.
The account on Brevo does use a Shared IP address and authentication testing through StellAstra seems to highlight an issue with the issue is from the sending IP address of the server is not aligned to the domain name we’re using within the business.
Would purchasing a static IP within Brevo overcome this?
Any feedback is appreciated as we’re struggling with this at the minute and out IT team don’t have any clues so i’m flying solo with this
