API Endpoint Import contact not working for 10 days already

Since the 23th of September, Brevo Import contact API endpoint is not working at all.

It always says « Email doesn’t have the right format » but after checking manually the emails are in the right format.

We have 2 separate Brevo account, and its the same issue on both, my guess is this endpoint is not working at all for anyone using it not juste us and that for 10 days already without any fix …

We’ve opened a support ticket the day of the issue 10 days ago, since then they’ve given me 3 « solutions » which werent at all solutions, now its been 4 days that they are saying, that their technical team is investigating the issue, but still no hotfix while we keep losing users in the meantime …

The impact are huge for us: our automation that are all based on our contacts informations are not working for 10 days already and this make us have a huge loss of money.

I find it absurd that Brevo doesn’t take this problem as seriously as it should.

Its critical for us to have working automations to be able to get new users in the best possible way, and i think a lot others company rely on this API to do so, how Brevo can break easily an API endpoint, and take so much time to find a solutions when behind the scene lots of company rely hugely on that to get new users and to retain users too ?

Yes, if it’s the case I completely agree, but this import contact API is vital to the platform and to its customers, so it should be something that is closely monitored. I’ll try to check internally what could’ve happened

Oh i assure you that is definitly the case, you can check the support ticket number #4372398 that i opened the first day of the issue, and it took 10 days to be resolved.
