I installed the Brevo Tracker code, however it’s not tracking the user e-mail after filling a form, for exemplo. Do I need to add some extra code?

Hello @ahudavert . Hope you’re doing well.
I installed it through GTM and verified it on Brevo.
When a user fills a form, I can track it, but only in the « form » when I see the Log in the Automation Section.
If they still surf through my website I can’t see which e-mail/user is surfing through the pages, as I saw in this Brevo Tracker video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ek1rd7eTbyo&ab_channel=L%26D

Hi @LeoRaga , ok I see.
I’m not sure the fact that the user is submitting a form will allow to track this user. In the video you’re sharing, the user is logging in, which is not the same thing as filling in a form
