I just thought about pricing for transactional emails.
Brevo is great and extremely easy to use, but when it comes to transactional emails, it could be a little more expensive. I’m comparing it mainly to SendGrid.
For example, my service is only sending emails for activity, no marketing emails, so i don’t need the whole marketing part of Brevo. Tbh, I never use any part of it, i just need to send emails.
Yeah, Brevo offers credit for transactional emails, but it is too expensive to go this way, especially when I need some month amount (currently about 9k, but some days could exceed daily limit).
I will gladly pay for it, has no limit to emails and has no marketing tools.
SendGrid for transactional emails costs $20 per month for 50k emails!
10k with Brevo is $17 ($15.25 per month annually) and for 40k it is $39 (35.08).
Credits for transactional emails for 50k mails is $165.
Are you considering any option for this scenario? Possibility to use only transactional emails with Brevo?
