Confirmation Email not sent

Hello everyone,

Has any Brevo user experienced a similar issue today? When someone signs up via a Brevo form, the confirmation email (whether it’s a double opt-in or simple confirmation) is not being sent.

If the form uses double opt-in, the user can’t subscribe because they need to confirm their email first. And if the form doesn’t use double opt-in, the user still doesn’t receive any feedback or welcome email.

I have two Brevo accounts with multiple forms, and none of them are working. Does anyone know what’s going on?

That’s weird indeed, it should be working. Did you try to reach out to Brevo support?
