Email verification for a new email sender is not working

Hello,

I tried to add a new email sender and thus need to verify the new email but brevo’s verification email is not coming to the new email. Any idea what’s wrong?

p.s: I did earlier verify one email yesterday successfully but I’d like to verify a new one instead

Same issue. We’re a brand-new account and the form isn’t sending anything. We’ve configured everything correcty, we believe.

Any new developments? I need to use Brevo for my startup
