Created a new account but no email validation, trying to sign up HELP?

I created a new account but I am not getting an email verification.

I tried mobile device, incognito, spam.

I sent an email to Brevo no response.

Anyone had this issue before? If yes how did you fixx???

Any luck? did you get a resolution? I am having same problem.

Is this fixed? I am always sending people to Brevo, telling them how great they are, but several people are complaining now that they never receive verification e-mail, after trying to create an account. After a few attempts, they stop and go somewhere else. I do understand: an e-mail marketing company that sends e-mails that never arrive. That’s the worst advertising possible.

There are indeed several threads in the community about this.
It seems to be a recurring problem, which may seem a little surprising for a service like Brevo…
However, the community doesn’t seem to be the best place to solve this problem or get answers about it.
The quickest and easiest way seems to be to contact support directly via e-mail: contact@brevo.com
