Custom Domain for Unsubscribe Page in Mailing

Hi there,

I’d like the Unsubscribe Page (accessed via the « Unsubscribe » link) of my mailing to be available under my custom domain, rather than the current cryptic URL (e.g., https://a5kco.r.bh.d.sendibt3.com/**/*).

Is this possible? If so, could you guide me on how to set it up?

Thanks in advance!

Best,
Simon

Hello @rluser

Have a good day

Hello Phil,

Thanks for your answer. I am not talking about the Unsubscription Form, but about the Unsubscription Page, which is the page i get forwarded to after clicking the unsubscribe link in a mailing.

It does not seem possible to host that page under a custom domain: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/208772629-Customize-an-unsubscribe-page-to-integrate-into-your-email-campaigns

Best,
Simon

Hello Simon,

This doesn’t seem possible to me actually. On the other hand, a redirection URL must be. If anyone from Brevo visits this page and can confirm…

Best regards

As mentioned in another post (look here: Custom Domain for Webview Page in Mailing - #4 par jns, nice to read you again :D). It should actually be technically possible through CNAME records to store your own (sub)domains as base URLs for links in all of your mails. Other e-mail tool providers offer this option. Why not Brevo?

Best regards
jns

Good morning @jns ,

Thank you for this information.

Let’s wait and see

Is anyone from Brevo Team reading this and can confirm whether this is not possible or if this feature is being worked on?!

Hi @rluser , thanks for your post. I don’t think this is possible unfortunately, but I would recommend to ask Brevo support team for confirmation: contact@brevo.com
