We have been a very good customer for a very long time, which is why it doesn’t make sense for us to be going through such a difficult time with Brevo.
- Our emails are not sending.
- We are unable to fix it on our end.
- We can’t get any support.
Is everything OK at Brevo?
I don’t know what it takes to get a little customer service, but over the past week, we have filled out the web contact form 3 times, emailed the Zendesk Help Center and communicated with the chat bot.
Out of all 5 contacts in the span of a week… nothing but crickets.
I guess we’ll try some other avenues to try to get a response…
