No response from Brevo support on Multiple issues

I have had multiple issues recently with email deliverability and blocklists, as well as issues with the Sender set up for our accounts. I have gone through all available resources and everything appears to be set up correctly. I have made multiple support tickets with the support ticket system using our registered email address ( and received no response.

We have been having issues for some time and they need to be resolved, and we are being neglected. Please assist.
