Hello everyone.
We’ve been sending our weekly newsletter with Brevo for 7 years. We suddenly have a problem with Brevo:
Your account has been suspended for non-compliance with our terms of use.
This all happened without us contacting us. But we haven’t changed anything.
Does this affect anyone else?
By the way, we’re becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Brevo’s support.
The company is growing, support takes forever, and the responses aren’t exactly satisfactory. No one is available by phone. It was better in the beginning. You could call, things were resolved quickly, etc. Apparently, they’re not investing much in support anymore. Perhaps everything is done with AI.
Anyone else had similar experiences?
