We are using the brevo account under the email admin@sarvoham.org, our account has been deactivated due to the bank dispute, we have withdrawn the dispute, however the account is still not active. We have already sent 3 emails to the customer support team in 1 week, no response has been received. Kindly reactivate the account immediately.
Hi there @Haris. I guess there was a chargeback since you mentioned a bank dispute. Your account might have been suspended because of Brevo’s anti-fraud measures. You may want open another ticket with the support to get this sorted out. (Contact Us | Brevo)

thank you for your response. I have already sent 3 emails in this week and no response till now. The bank has withdrawn the chargeback, but response from Brevo for 7 days now.
