Can't get a response

Brevo emailed me a little while back saying they’d suspended my transactional emails and I needed to add security to some of my forms. Twice I wrote back asking which ones were being problematic (I use Brevo for this on a number of sites), went ahead and added reCAPTCHA v3 to every website, tried to find or open a ticket to let them know it was done so I could see when it’ll be turned back on or if anything else needs to be done… nada.

Anyone have any suggestions on getting in touch with Brevo or getting them to respond? I do have some paid accounts with them.
