Finding out Contacts who clicked on Spam

Hello!

I am trying to find a way to filter contacts who have clicked on spam. So far, the only way I see a person clicked on spam is through their contact card. Does anyone knows a different process?

I am aware of the fact that you can use the blocklist feature. However, is there another way to see who clicked on spam? In the campaign reports, the number of contacts is just displayed. Unfortunately, you can’t click on them like you can click on the contacts who have unsubscribed.

Thanks in advance!
André

Hi @andre.maurie , thanks for posting on this community.

Can you please explain what you have in mind when you say « the only way I see a person clicked on spam is through their contact card »?

Hi @ahudavert,
sorry for the confusing. I am refering to the index site of the contact, where you can see where you can see a timeline of marketing or other activities connected to this specific contact.

Hope that makes it more clear.
best,
André

Ok I see, thanks! And in the contact history, how do you see this contact marked the email as spam?

You can see whether they opened, clicked, received, or clicked on spam for every e-mail.
However, I am looking for a way to list all contacts that have clicked on spam, without beeing neccesarly blacklisted. Anyone got an idea for that’

Ok I see, so you’re talking about these customers, right?
